Shipping FAQ

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 weeks, depending on the piece. During peak seasons, please allow for an additional 3-5 days.


    For orders within Greece

  1.  Standard Shipping with Hellenic Post (tracked): Estimated delivery within 3-6 business days.

    Shipping Costs: 5,00€ 
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available (applies to all shipping methods).

 

International Shipping 

  1. Standard International Shipping with Hellenic Post (tracked): Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Costs: 20€ (price may vary for heavy orders)

  • For orders within the European Union (EU), no customs duties apply. However, for orders to non-EU countries, additional customs duties and taxes may be levied upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary based on local regulations.


    Update on Shipping to the United States


    Due to new U.S. tariff regulations that came into effect on August 28, several European postal services — including Hellenic Post (ELTA) — have halted all parcel shipments to the United States.
    This means we can no longer send orders to the U.S. through the standard postal system.

    To maintain reliable delivery, all U.S. orders will now be shipped via DHL courier service.

    A small note for our U.S. customers:


    When your parcel reaches the United States, DHL may contact you about any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees required for delivery.
    These charges are determined by U.S. customs and DHL, so unfortunately we cannot know the exact amount in advance.

    Any fees charged upon arrival will be the responsibility of the recipient.
