  • How Can I Order a Custom Piece?

    Step 1
    Begin by contacting via email ([email protected]) or by clicking on the chat window on the lower right of the page. Describe your ideas, specifications and any particular details you envision for your custom pyrography piece. 
Step 2
Upon receiving your inquiry, there will be a personalized consultation to delve into the finer details of your piece. This discussion will ensure a clear understanding of your preferences, design, and any special elements you wish to incorporate (adherence to magical correspondences, specific materials, and inks etc.).

Step 3
Based on our collaborative discussion, the production phase begins when every detail of your piece has been finalized. This phase can take approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on the size of the piece and the complexity of the design. 
*Please, keep in mind that the initiation of work on custom commissions begins once the full payment has been deposited*.

  • What About Pricing?
    At Umbrae Lignorum, transparency is key when it comes to pricing custom pyrography pieces. The pricing structure is intricately tailored to ensure fairness and accuracy, taking into account the various factors that contribute to the uniqueness of your creation.

    Determining Factors:

    1. Size and Type of Wood

      • The dimensions of your chosen piece and the type of wood selected, contribute to the overall pricing. Larger pieces or those crafted from more pricey woods may have variations in pricing.

    2. Special Elements

      • The incorporation of special elements such as magical correspondences (e.g. planetary hours, days of the week, etc.), special inks, premium varnishes and any extras will be factored into the pricing. These elements may enhance the talismanic qualities of your custom pyrography piece.

    3. Complexity of Design

The intricacy and complexity of the design play a crucial role in determining the final cost. The more detailed a design is, requiring additional time and precision, the more the overall pricing will be affected.

 

  • How can I pay for my custom piece?

All payments for custom pieces are made through PayPal only. You will receive a payment request in your email with all the details (owning a PayPal account is not necessary for this).
